Henley is quickly becoming a very popular brand with really affordable prices and a good variety of flavors and nicotine strengths. After I kept seeing the Henley name on e-cig forums and hearing my friends mention them in conversation, I knew this was a brand that we needed to cover on CocktailNerd. I ordered the Express Kit and decided to give it a try.
The first thing I will tell you is that Henley gives you a lot of bang for your buck. Their small Express Kit lasts as long as six packs of cigarettes, but it only costs $19.95. So for less than 20 bucks, you can start vaping and immediately be saving money on your nicotine habit. The Express Kit is not going to include accessories that you might want, but you can always add those on later. It does give you everything you need to get started. My kit included one rechargeable battery, a USB charger, and three cartridges. Each cartridge should last as long as two packs of analog cigarettes.
When you use up the cartridges in your kit, you can order refills from Henley in 10 different flavors including Original, Tobacco, Menthol, Clove, Cherry, Vanilla, Watermelon, Cappuccino, Pina Colada, and Strawberry. They also offer four different nicotine strengths if you want to slowly step down the amount of nicotine you are using.

The Express Kit is packaged differently than any kit I’ve ever seen. Basically, you can see all the components of your kit from the front of the box except for the USB charger. The whole e-cig is white – white batteries, white cartridges, and a white light on the tip. The result is a very sleek, simple e-cig that is elegant and attractive.
In terms of performance, Henley was a solid e-cig. The vapor production wasn’t overwhelming, but it was perfectly satisfying. It gave me just as much vapor as I would be used to after smoking cigarettes so there is no complaint in this department. The battery life was good and the tobacco flavor was enjoyable. I was even impressed with their USB charger because it seemed a little more heavy duty than a lot of other USB chargers I’ve received from other brands.
If you try the Henley Express Kit and enjoy it as much as I did, you will probably end up ordering a Deluxe Kit. This is the best deal from Henley at $69.95 because you get a portable charging case, two batteries, five cartridges, 2 USB cords, and a wall adapter. That’s pretty much everything you would want or need from an e-cig kit and it’s still super affordable.
Ultimately, Henley is a good brand and I was really happy with the style and performance. If you are searching for a really inexpensive e-cig starter kit, Henley is one that I would easily recommend. You get a good e-cigarette for a great price and it will offer you plenty of options for a more customized experience later on with their wide variety of flavors.
