Then carefully use your dropper to put a few drops of the liquid into the cartridge. Do just a few drops at time, being careful not to squirt too much in at once. Ultimately, you want the cartridge to be saturated without being so wet that the liquid puddles in the top. Work slowly and push the filling in as needed.
