If you liked the 2-in-1 Prohibited in the 5th Degree Vaporizer but wished it was a bit easier to travel with, the folks at Prohibited have heard your pleas and proudly present the Prohibited in the 4th Degree Vaporizer. Designed to have the functionality of the 5th Degree in a new sleek frame, the 4th Degree Vaporizer changes the game. It should be available in stores in the next few months, but until then we were able to get an early demo to give you the low-down. Not designed for nicotine vaping, the Prohibited series are 2-in-1 vaporizers that support almost any form THC comes in. We loved all four styles, Bone, Jade, Struck, and Singed. Struck was my personal favorite. It’s a little bit bigger than some of the most portable pens out there, but ounce for ounce this thing pulls its weight. The high-quality parts and undeniable style make it an enticing choice for an everyday device.

The reliably consistent vaping experience of the 5th Degree is downsized, but not downgraded, into the Prohibited in the 4th Degree iteration. The sleek vape pen is easy to use in almost any situation, as opposed to some larger and more conspicuous vaporizers. The battery is surprisingly long-lasting. The battery lasted me two full days with a fairly moderate usage of both cartridges. The battery life indicator is very cool. It uses subtle color indication on the tip of the pen to tell you how much charge you’ve got left. Automatic cartridge detection ensures that you’re always using the correct amount of power, no matter what material you’re using.

In the package, you receive the 4th Degree Vape, one concentrate cartridge, one dry herb cartridge, brush and pick tools, manual and charging cables. The charging connector is magnetic to stop it from being ripped and broken if someone accidentally walks through the cable. This same basic idea was applied to the cartridges themselves, making changing and cleaning them insanely easy. The Prohibited in the 4th Degree Vaporizer has temperature controls allowing for a consistent experience with any THC medium. The power system is brand new, taking less time to charge and heat up than many comparable pens. The ceramic heater not only allows the heating to be fast, but it also creates a smoother pull and keeps clean up from being a pain. The included limited lifetime warranty covers any incidental damages that occur, which is always a nice little bonus from manufacturers.

The dry herb cartridge is perfect for those who prefer to stick to what they’ve always known, as opposed to getting into all the newest forms of THC consumption. The temperature settings are 200, 215, and 230 degrees Celsius, which allows for a decent amount of control over the clouds. It’s not a very large container, only about the size of a bowl pack, but a fully charged battery with this cartridge remains solid for over 13 packs. If you end up loving your 4th Degree vaporizer, you should invest in extra dry herb cartridges, so you’re able to have several ready to go as soon as the last one finishes.

The concentrate cartridge is perfect for any concentrate whether it’s oil, shatter, or wax. Clean up is simple since the ceramic heating system doesn’t use delicate coils. The size is a bit shy of what other pens can offer, but it is certainly enough to keep most people happily vaping all day. The battery doesn’t last as long with this cartridge, but that’s what you expect since it’s running at more than twice the temperature of the dry herb cartridge. If you are looking for an all-day vaping experience with the least amount of effort you have to go with concentrates. Few similar pens do a better job than the Prohibited in the 4th degree Vaporizer.

When it releases to the general public, it will likely run you about 100 dollars. But considering the high-quality materials used to construct the body and circuits, 100 bucks is not bad at all. If you’re looking for something to take on the go with you, the Prohibited in the 4th Degree Vaporizer has the battery life to be your trusted companion. The color battery life indicator is a nice addition that gives surprising utility to the day to day function of the device. For all of its strengths, it is still a portable style vaporizer. So if you’re going to be using it a lot more than the average person you should go for the larger Prohibited 5th Degree Vaporizer. But if that is not the case, the Prohibited in the 4th Degree Vaporizer is a fantastic purchase that will give you a consistently great experience. It won’t be out for a few months, but check back frequently to see if we’ve posted a 10% discount code for the 4th Degree Vape. This vaporizer was such a pleasure to use that I’ve adopted it as my everyday vaporizer; I can’t wait to buy extra cartridges to expand the usability.
