One of the things that really impressed me was the customer service department. When I decided to try out the Safe Cig, I wasn’t sure if I would like the vapor juice, so I contacted the customer service department and asked for their help. They were amazing. They asked which brand of cigarettes I smoke and based on that information they not only told me to use the Marl flavored cartridges, but they also advised that I use the vapor juice that contained 14mg of nicotine which was the closest to what I already used. In addition to the 14mg vapor juice, the Safe Cig Company also has cartridges that contain 18mg, 11mg, and 0mg of nicotine.
The Safe Cig Company opted to go with a two part design for their electronic cigarettes which means that instead of a complicated refillable cartridge, the Safe Cig cartridge is replaceable. I have never had a problem replacing the cartridge, and each one releases a very satisfying cloud of great tasting vapor.
