Have you ever tried an electronic cigarette? They are so cool – they look just like real a cigarette or they can look like a fountain pen but it’s really a battery-operated vaporizer or an inhaler type of device. You can either have the nicotine flavor with the liquid inside or you can get refills that don’t have any of the nicotine in them. Also, you can vary the nicotine amount, according to your taste.
I have been smoking for about five years and I started really noticing things that bothered me like the yellow staining on my teeth and the smell in my hair. A close friend suggested E cigarettes as a great way to still enjoy my cigarette and not have all of the health and personal issues that go with them.
Well naturally, I didn’t think it sounded so great, but eventually she convinced me to take a look at it. Did a little research and found out that they’re kind of a rechargeable battery within atomizer that the battery heats and then there’s a cartridge filled with liquid.
Sometimes the cartridge and the atomizer are combined, but when you press the switch the air comes through and the heating element vaporizes the liquid producing the mist that looks like cigarette smoke. Basically, you just pull the air through like when you are smoking a cigarette.
Anyway, there’s a whole bunch of them available, but I got a starter kit and decided to give it a shot. I really like the fact that you can have it without the nicotine too because I don’t think that was really doing me a lot of good. Another plus is they don’t have all of the unknown ingredients they’ve been finding in tobacco cigarettes and it’s considered safe and not cancer-causing as far as I know. I also don’t believe they are toxic because you can smoke them everywhere.
I had a check up about a week ago and it was really thorough and they checked my heart, lungs, and everything. The doctor could not believe the improvement in my health and I can see improvements too. My food tastes better and I think my sense of smell has improved. I really think E cigarettes are the way to go plus, even though they cost a little bit to get started in the end, I am really saving a lot of money.
